It's a Roman Judge Salvio Giuliano's monumental scalptur collocated in the front od Ministery of Justice here in Rome.He was born in Roman territory Hadrumentum( odiern Tunisia) during Emperor Hadrian's rign.From him remains more than 90 books..dedicated to "ius honorarium" and "ius civile"!
