Thanks Wojtek.  I thought something looked weird but it had been so long since I did one before I couldn't remember.  I'll have to look at SPM more carefully to see what I'm missing, since that's what I used to do the image.

Brian,
It takes a little more to make a phantogram. The grass behind (all the grass) should be at the window level.
Something like this (I borrowed Barry Rothstein's image) below.

For the benefit of my BCC: friends...
This phantogram is meant to be viewed at a 45 degree angle.
Some print it out and put on a flat surface such as a table, while others arrange the angle to view on the monitor.
You may even turn the image sideways on the monitor and tilt your head to get the proper viewing angle.
At the proper angel the elongated image appears normal and pops off the surface with the illusion that you could grab it.
 
W1, SPM, PS, IrfanView.
