Purple Iris Buds - OOB & TTW

 

This shot taken in May last year seemed like a fairly easy candidate for changing out the soft distractive background, replacing it with a gradient, and creating a minimal OOB and TTW effect.

 

I used the side-by-side format for the main work in Photoshop. I then needed to import it into SPM for some finishing touches including cloning the edges of the plant at the appropriate various depths to sync the L & R chips before saving an X & A version.

 

I worked a bit on the virtual 3D frame using a combination of SPM's Floating Window tool, fuzzy border feature, changing color shades, and shifting depth with the Easy Adjustment feature.
