Electric Meter Change-out
BGE, (Baltimore Gas & Electric) is now on a 3 year project to change
everyone's old electric meters with new digital meters that will allow them more
control. The guy changed mine out in about 3 minutes but at my neighbor's
house he apparently ran into difficulty, left the scene, went to his vehicle,
made calls, and eventually came back and completed the job. I took this
cha cha in the interim.
