Verizon FIOS ONT and BGE Digital Electric Meter
 
The Verizon installer decided to mount the ONT (Optical Network Terminal) directly under the new BGE (Baltimore Gas & Electric) digital meter.  BGE is on a 3 yr project to change out all the old meters for new digital meters which will give them more control.
 
W1, SPM, PS, IrfanView.
