Continuing with my 2012 Retrospective we scoot on to
the Renaissance Festival in Sterling, New York. During our visit
to my wife's brother we
drove to the Renaissance Festival in Sterling,
NY. A glance at the map reveals that the town of Sterling lies along
the eastern shoreline of
Lake Erie, about a two hour's drive from my
brother-in-law's home in Dundee, N.Y.
Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was how
expensive it was to purchase tickets! Once inside the gates, I looked
around and it was huge,
like being in an actual medieval village, except
probably larger.
As my wife, Marge and her brother, Dave look on we're
greeted by a "handy" guide.
