Things have settled down here a little, and I am happy to have a little more time (at least somewhat) for my favorite hobby. My recliner really feels great. I have 1267 email messages. Please do not feel offended If I do not comment on all the great images and videos that have been uploaded in the past two weeks. Larry, I was impressed by your efforts on the Tucker image. I have a few more unprocessed Tucker images. If you would like to fool around with processing them, I would be willing to share them with you. Let me know. It will take a little time to locate them. This is the
McDonnel Douglas A-4M Skyhawk. It is located at the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum located at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California. The A-4 was highly maneuverable, boasting a roll rate of 720 degrees per second. The small size and light weight translated into speed and power, resulting a closed course speed of 695 MPH in 1955. It is at this museum on loan from the National Museum of the Marine Corps. Cha cha taken with a Nikon D7000 w/Sigma 10-20mm lens, used SPM, Stereomasken, PS
CS6. I still do not have a lot of time, but it is good to be back. Ray |
