I think I detect a little vertical misalignment but I don't see the ghosting you speak of.
If there was ghosting, you could also try the "Optimized Anaglyph" selection. I'm starting to use it more and more now. I used to use the "Ghost-Reduced Anaglyph" option almost exclusively.

Subject: [Anaglyphs] Frustrated with ghosting
As the subject states, I?m frustrated. The attached Ana has resisted my
efforts to bring the horizon down to an acceptable level of ghosting. This view
is a recreation of a shot by Alfred A. Hart in the 1860?s.
I?ve varied the gamma, contrast, exposure, half color, dubois etc. but
nothing seems to do much good without ruining the rest of the shot.
The only one that?s ?sort-of-OK? is making it into a B&W, but I?d
really like to keep the color.
Any ideas?
