The best description I can come up with is "Engaging anaglyph". The worker adds a nice element to the composition too!

Annual "shakedown" before the summer flying season - a day they take stock of airworthy aircraft and pilots. They also assess the
food-worthiness of their BBQ and cooking staff. The lineup includes their P-51B, T-6A, DC-3, B-25D and F7F Tigercat.
Here they are busy working on their fully-restored Supermarine Spitfire.
