Yesterday, I took my wife to Michael's to get one of those foam cubes that hold artificial flowers in cemetery urns. It was for my father's grave. While she was in the store, I noticed a rather large display of flowers by their front door. I took advantage of the time, grabbed my Nikon, and took some cha cha's. After working in the yard today, I fooled around with one of those shots and made the attached stereo pic. I needed a vase to complete the picture, so I grabbed one out of the cupboard, took it outside, placed it on the patio table, and photographed it. In addition to the attached 3D shot, I also have uploaded the 2D versions of the component images to show the group what I started with. It is an experiment, not perfect or not even close to perfect, but the experiment was fun. Regarding the foam cube. Pat purchased a 5 in. by 5 in. by 5 in.
piece of foam. It was only $4.75. What a deal ! It was beautifully colored with a green tint. It just dazzled me. I know that my father will be happy with it. I will just need to cut back on food and medicine until the loan is paid off. Life is good. Ray |
