The camera and two lenses were part of the package (bundle) deal.  The lens I used at the Flower Mart was an AF-S NIKKOR 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR.  The other lens is a AF-S Zoom-NIKKOR 70-300mm VR.

I really like the 24-85mm because I can get very close to the subject and still get it in the frame plus I can still zoom to 85mm for other occasions.

Nice ! !    ...VERY nice.  Clarity and detail is excellent. I hope that it was a productive day for you and your new Nikon friend.  ...Just wondering, Brian. ...What lens did you decide on when you purchased the camera?

While at the Annual Flower Mart in Baltimore City Friday, I took the opportunity to re-capture some previous old subjects with my new Nikon D600 camera.  This is one of the steeples on the United Methodist Church in the artistic area of Mount Vernon where the Flower Mart takes place.
