In what is genuinely an
eternity we finally get to dig into our lobster stew lunches. Although the
meal is decent, in my
opinion Bahamian lobsters don't
compare to those that are harvested and cooked in the State of Maine.
While
Caribbean music blares from the food stand we gobble
up our meals as two of us crowd under the table umbrella.
This is a worthwhile alternative
to purchasing our meals at the resort's outdoor bar, Coconuts.
Then we're off to our resort to
spend much of the day lolling around the beach.
