My other Dogwood tree in bloom. I've trimmed it dramatically over the years. Behind it is the stacked logs cut from my damaged Locust trees from a storm last November. A friend who's supposed to be taking the logs for firewood I think has quietly decided to leave it until sometime in the future. Further back you can see the body of water I live on called "White's Cove".
The fence was originally put up by the owners I bought the house from, since they were raising dogs. When I took it over, it had thick honey suckle on both sides of the fence.&nb
sp; Without warning my neighbors at that time cut away all the honeysuckle hanging on their side of the chain-link fence. The remaining growth then all fell over on just my side and so I removed it so it wouldn't be so unsightly. It was a job removing all the interwoven vines that clung to the fence wire but I was young and it was my first and only house so I tried to maintain it better then I'm doing now.
Cheers,
Brian
