This is a relatively rare model Edsel specimen, Brian. Not that many were made. Good shot with the W1, showing greater depth in the ana, but less accurate color. I have taken thousands of photos at car shows, and there many things which annoy me from a photographer's standpoint. ...At the top of the list is the inevitable sign in the windshield. I have asked the owners to remove them on occasion, and they are usually cooperative. They are normally pleased that you are photographing their "baby". Other annoyances are "too many hoods are up", "lighting is too harsh, amplifying reflections, also pushing the limits of your camera's dynamic range", " and "too many people". An ultra wide angle lens is very helpful for getting over the latter problem. There are also a few more annoyances that get under my skin at car shows. That being said, car shows remain one of my
favorite venues for getting great shots of my favorite subject matter. Thanks for sharing your shot of this great old Edsel, Brian. Ray --- On Thu, 5/30/13, Brian Wallace <Starg82343(-at-)hotmail.com> wrote:
