Thanks, Brian. ...This one surprised me. I don't think that the inherent alignment precision would ever occur again in a million years with this lens. ...I would like to be able to say that it was a result of good shooting methods, but everyone knows that is BS. I just lucked out. At any rate, I am happy that everyone liked it.

Congratulations Ray. Yes, that
does indeed sound pretty unusual. The first thing I noticed was how the
red stool seats seam oblong until near the center of the view. The
image turned out very well and pretty cool for viewing. It almost looks
like there should be a mirror reflecting the scene back to us. Just a
slight difference in poses and color.
Cheers,
Brian

I took this shot yesterday in Saugatuck, Michigan, a resort town on the shores of Lake Michigan. The image is of a soda fountain inside a drug store which just turned 100 years old two days ago. The thing that surprised me about this cha cha, is the fact that I did not do any alignment of the chips. Zero. I only had to do some minimal cloning of some minor "people movement". I thought that was remarkable in light of the fact that I was using an 8mm focal length which can be tricky to use for 3D. Nikon D7000, Sigma 8-16mm lens (-at-) 8mm, Shot at ISO 2000, SPM, PS CS6, Adobe Camera Raw.
