This is not a tea pot, but a cast iron cabin humidifier I saw at a local historical park. Cabins were pretty dry, so they would add water to the cast iron humidifier and put it on the wood stove,  to put back moisture in the air. This piece was late 1800?s, for sale at $45.00.
