Now a little more down south, guatemalan food!

Chichicastenango (nicknamed "Chichi") is a small town in the mountains (about 2000 m of altitude) of Guatemala.
It's famous for its sunday market that, despite being a major touristic attraction, has retain a lot of its authenticity. It's very fascinating.

The center of the market is were you will find the "comedores", the small eateries.
I arrived there on the saturday for being able to visit the market early on the sunday, before the arrival of the tourist buses and when the women are working preparing food.
