Thanks Brian. The reason I made it green is that the hydrant just in front of where I park my car is green. I used it for my model.
By the way the XenoDream program has an animation feature which I have been working with. I finally got one made that has a little glitch in it not bad but a glitch. I am sure I can make an animation in X in 3D. At least I am going give it a try. If you would like to see the one I made let me know.

Nice fire hydrant design John.  The X format views better for me.  The A format seems a little dark especially in the red channel resulting in a slight unbalance between chips, causing some R/R.  One test that I do when I'm suspicious of this type of problem is to view the image with 3D glasses on and close one eye, open it and close the other eye.  You can then perceive the imbalance between the chips.  In this case, I could see details in one chip but none in the other darker channel.

Maybe a lighter color such as a medium or dark shade of yellow would produce better results?

Cheers,
Brian
