Ah yes... Rube must not have mentioned, this is a model of a much older version. I remember this very well because I just saw it during "Halloween Week", when they played the classic movie "Frankenstein" on TV. This is a section of Dr. Frankenstein's lab. During his experiments, you would often see an electric arc atop the Y-shaped apparatus on the top right.
On some sequels to the original movie, you might see the tank rolled away to reveal a hidden entrance to the onetime dungeon now serving as additional space for hiding "things".
