Thanks for posting JR.

I believe you're images are improving.

Work on matching the left and right "chips" of the stereo pair to reduce R/R (Retinal Rivalry).  In this image I can tell there is a mismatch by viewing with 3D glasses on, closing the left eye, opening, and closing the right eye.  You could also look at the image in the side-by-side format and notice any differences in color and contrast between the two.  Be aware of certain colors (such as the sky) being too close to the hue of the cyan lens on the 3D glasses.  This can also cause problems.  If it does, you can try changing that color in an editor by desaturating the selected color to a degree, changing the hue a bit (usually a more purple-ish color will reduce R/R yet still appear blue-ish when viewed through 3D glasses), or a combination of techniques.

SPM has a menu selection called "Auto Color Adjustment" which may help balance the color or intensity between the two chips.  It matches the left image to the right.  If you'd rather match the right to the left, just reverse the side-by-side by temporarily switching them (you can use the "X" key on your keyboard), then use the "Auto Color Adjustment", before switching back.  (Experiment).  If this is not enough, you can try to manually balance the Left and Right sides.

Sometimes importing the side-by-side image to a more powerful editing software can be the answer but you must be experienced or skilled in using the editing features of that software.  Always work from a copy of your original image!
Sometimes an image will view a little differently on different equipment, especially if a monitor needs to be calibrated.  Various 3D glasses from different venders may also affect the view.

Cheers,
Brian
