This structure is at about 5,000 ft. elevation, and in normal years would have a lot of snow. Today there were only a few patches in shady areas.

I have no idea who built this, or when, probably 5+ years ago. On the balcony there is a gate leading to nothing but thin air. The whole thing is attached on the back with heavy steel cables hooked to large eyes drilled into the cliff, so it may be the beginnings of a zipline through the trees below.
