Nice view. The boat on the right is using a novel way to hold a tarp in place.

Entrance to Oak Point Harbor Marina.

Soon, many of these boats will be back in the water.  Spring usually brings the owners back to the yard with plenty of maintenance preparation to ready the boats for another season.
