John,
The last two posts show your image more level, but what I'd be more concerned about is alignment. After that is the Stereo Window placement. Although the entire image alignment is off, it's off more as you go downward toward the bottom. Perhaps one chip is a different size.
I started off years ago using "Anabuilder", but discovered StereoPhoto Maker to be much better and is continually updated and improved while Anabuilder has not been updated since 2006 or so. SPM gives you a choice of a couple of auto alignment selections (from an external source or internal algorithm), or you can still align an image manually although I don't know why anyone would except possibly to touch up a difficult lens distortion.
I'm assuming you have a Mac OS if you're still using "Anabuilder", but if you're using a MAC, hopefully you can use one of several interfaces designed so that you can run SPM on it.
Cheers,
Brian

The de-slanted
version, using Anabuilder's setting R = 0.017, while not entirely
straight is decidedly more level than before. Am I right? I'd be keen
to read your comments. ? John V.
