Thanks for the reminder - I've used red/cyan exclusively for so long that I forget to consider other possibilities :-)

Yesterday our rain stopped long enough for me to get outside for some shots of our azalea. Although the colors were nice, I could not get them to work well in an anaglyph. The bud is about 1.5 inches tall (about 3.8 cm).
 
 
Stereo info:
Canon SL1, 200-mm-equiv. lens, slide bar, distance about 0.5 meters, stereo base 3 cm. 
I put some paper behind the bud to block the background.

Very well done and, I appreciate the paper behind.  Wow... for the details.
Regarding anaglyph their is several way to keep a color not too fare the original same as with color correcting. There is not only red/cyan, but yellow/blue and magenta/green !
