I wanted to try a closer shot with the sunlight penetrating the petals of the tulip.  Hopefully, the secondary yellow daffodils with their slightly shallow DOF help set it off by their contrast.  A little vignette should also draw the eye into the main subject.

I used SPM's "Color Adjustment" to change the red tulip to a purple hue which views as blue-ish using 3D glasses.  The red color is of course "unfriendly" in the anaglyph format.
