Yes mounting rods are pretty bent, saw the timbers on the bank, thanks for sending second picture and answering my questions.

This was the original location of the bridge. Not very high above the creek, even at a low flow rate. The steel mounting rods are bent like toothpicks. On the far bank some timbers are still visible. Haven?t been able to locate a photo of the old span.
