Norvins street in Paris is a short, narrow cobbled street on the Montmartre Hill.
Linking the Sacred-Heart basilica and the Place du Tertre, it's always crowded by tourists.
You will only find here souvenir shops, restaurant and caricaturists trying to attract a customer.
They are not official artists like the ones on the Place du Tertre who pay a fee for their place.
They are somewhat tolerated as long as they are standing!
