So, it?s kind of some Lepiota, a very tasty one. 

If it would have a larger vellum it would be Ammanita phalloides (the most deadly mushroom around).

Thanks Wojtek.  There were about a dozen of these mushrooms scattered around a small area, and all looked pretty much the same.  A couple had toppled over but I did not see a larger vellum than what I captured.  They all seemed to come up to somewhat of a peak instead of most I see that are pretty flat on top.
