Funny, but when I was there I had the same question. I looked when I was walking down the beach, and I couldn't see any obvious way down. 
Go figure.

Nice view. Interestingly, I din?t see any trails down from those houses. I guess not much of an interest to walk on a beach.

I recently visited Lincoln City on the Oregon coast, and this large-base cha-cha was the only 3D photo I attempted. The Pacific Ocean is on the right, and the mouth of Siletz Bay is a half mile down the beach. I tried to fix numerous rivalrous areas (moving people and waves) without creating new ones :-)
