Thanks for taking the time for your thoughtful response Ray.  I'm sorry about your Mom's health issues.  I hope things are better soon.

Well, the O's may have swept the Tigers but they seem to have hit a snag on their latest playoff games with the Royals.  It will be a rare feat if they can now overcome by fighting their way to the top while away from home.  The games were exciting however and I don't anticipate the next few to be any less so.

Cheers,
Brian

Nice, Brian. Really good stereo definition all the way to the State House. Your work was worth it. Looks like it was a breezy day, adding to your alignment challenges. Fun stuff. I truly enjoy challenges such as these.
I (again) am dealing with challenges related to my mom. She is fighting her third occurrence of pneumonia this year. She almost did not make it this time, but things have started looking up for her over the past three days. When I am lucky enough to find a few spare minutes to myself, it is really hard to get into a creative mood and to spend some time doing what I love the most, ie., taking and editing images. Also, the Tiger's disastrous loss to the Baltimore did not help my demeanor. At least the Lions and Michigan State (my alma mater) are doing fairly well, but the season is still young.
Thanks for sharing your great work, Brian.

A side street in historic Annapolis leading to the Maryland State House.

I had a great deal of trouble trying to align this one and had some cloning to do as well.  It's also very hyper.
