I believe your picture is so acceptable and enough good. it doesn't look like a beginner job, congratulation.
Our friend Brian told you about conversion methos tutorials you can find in the file section of our group but In case if you would like to do your conversions by photoshop Depth-map method too then take a look at my Depth map tutorial too;
