You are on the good way for very good conversion.
Here the hat need some modification, the superior part needs to be at the sale depth level than the face.
The part behind the rose need some depth.

This image really required a subtle touch. For the conversion, I had to reach deep into my toolbox for a smaller hammer. Still learning, but this is sort of fun.
