The Alexander III bridge in Paris was named in honor of the russian Tsar and built at the end of the 19th century.
It has a fancy "Art Nouveau" decoration with nice street lamps, cherubs and golden winged horses on pillars at each end.

It's a popular place for tourists as illustrated by the woman photographing her teddy bear with the Eiffel tower in the background!
