Nice shot, as usual, Brian. Again, the moon makes all the difference here, emphasizing the depth.
As a former DPW superintendent, our department had several water towers to maintain. One of my last projects before my retirement was to contract the painting of a million gallon tower, almost identical to this one. Low bid was $68,500.
