Ah, hadn?t thought about movement. That makes sense now.
In the grand scheme of things, not worth worrying about, and in normal viewing wouldn?t have noticed it.
If only my images looked as good. Smile
I like the view.

Good eye Art.  I think what happened is the boat moved between the cha cha.

I mentioned in some other posts how people try to keep the ice from freezing around boats in the water and pilings to keep them from being damaged from ice freezing around them and the tides moving up and down.  The water around this boat is not frozen so the boat was free to move.  There were very high winds that day and my suspicion is that the boat moved between the first and second shot of the cha cha.

After your response, I brought the image up again and began trying to clone a fix on the boat but with the rigging and all, it seemed fruitless to do a decent job, so I'm going to just let this one go.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Cheers,
Brian

Brrrr...  Nice image.
You should try to hitch a sail when things warm up.
I zoomed in to see the name of the sailboat. Not sure why, but when zoomed in, some of the depths look reversed or something. Any idea what would cause that?

I went to the end of my pier and zoomed in across to the other side for this Winter shot.
