Thanks Brian, our city of Wayne is on the verge of bankruptcy and our police force only have two cars per shift. We were hit hard during the recession, all our jobs from the auto industry went over seas, or closed and with the population decline the tax base went down from the State and Federal government. My wife alone was out of full time employment for four years. They have cut everything they can and have raised my taxes 3 times in the last two years but it is not enough to cover. The fall out from the Detroit Bankruptcy has far reaching effects. Wayne is six square miles and was founded in 1824. Just last week three more business closed in the city. They are talking Emergency Manager and merging our city with Westland. We don?t even have a full working post office anymore. In the 1940?s to 1960?s this city was booming and listed as one of the best places to live, now it is full of empty houses and business and high unemployment. Wayne is a dying city that will no longer be in the next few years.Sad smile

Nice spot and anaglyph Larry.

It seems this place would be a good opportunity for the police to clean up the crime you speak of.  After all, the taxpayers are footing the bill I would think.

Subject: [Anaglyphs] Under The Bridge [1 Attachment]



Under The Bridge, 3D  taken at the Wayne Road, River Rouge Bridge, Wayne, MI.
Home to homeless people and gang activity.  I saw a couple of homeless people there, but they were sleeping and not bothering any one. The teenage gang gave me the once over but let me alone. Every Wednesday they have a Farmers Market in the Park next to the river and they have a police force present and no trouble. If you go to the park any other day you risk being  robbed or assaulted ect. Use to be a good park, but will not go there unless Police are present. These are sad times!
