Pleasant shoot :-)     Could be be with add of a wine bottle or glass of wine a good background for a 3D publicity.
Just to hidden a monocular white light (wall white background) on the top left. Give a flashing effect an disturb eyes from the leave.
Just to replace white by same color as dark leaves.
