Looks like a group of people tried to balance the rocks, some kind of game I would think, nice woodsey shots.

On a hike through Robert E Lee Park in North Baltimore, I found these white rocks looking as if someone tried to balance them to make separate piles of balanced rock formations.  Not all were still balanced and I found one pile that was balanced against a tree (lol).
