Thanks Walt. It means a lot to me. You make my buttons pop. It was a fun learning project that I could come and go with as I had the time. I plan to do some more of these when I get the time, and to learn more as I go

WHOA! The images (both types) are awesome! As is the video. And great insight (pun intended) on realizing or discovering that stereoscopic pairs could be made by background manipulation. Creativity is bursting forth!

OK. So here's the deal. I decided to try something different. ...Video. This summer, Pat and I made another visit
to Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan. We try to go there at least once each year. This time, it was Ragtime
weekend. The air was filled with ragtime music from 9 AM to 9 PM. We really had a great time and I took a raft of
still images with my Nikon D7100, and a small number of video clips. I decided to compile and animate a few of the
still images into a video. The last clip in this video is not made from a still image.
So, here's the video... about 2.5 minutes.

https://vimeo.com/140979188

While working on this clip, it was necessary to make depth maps of some of the images in order to attain the effect
that I was after. It occurred to me that these depth maps could be used to produce stereoscopic pairs of some of
the images. So, as an unintended byproduct of this video, here are some 3D stereo images which were made from the
depth maps. ...(2D to 3D conversion images). If you have cyan/red glasses, or if you are able to view 3D images
using the crossview method, please take a look.
