Out here some trailheads have dispensers of blue bags for dog owners. Unfortunately the dog owners leave the bags along the trail, maybe hoping that the Poop Fairy will dispose of them.

I wouldn?t be surprised. That?s what some mentally challenged dog owners do to theirs dog poop and leave in the wilderness!
