Sorrry for the delay Brian, it wasn?t marked so I had to look it up on the city web site. The Wayne Public Library did the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. Yes business, schools, and residents can all make scarecrows and the city holds a contest every October for the most votes online. I may post a few more in the future if I have time.

Thanks for posting Larry.  Is this one of the Halloween decorations you usually post each year?
Aren't they usually put out by local businesses?  Do you know which one this is?
Not important I guess, but just curious.  I live mostly vicariously!
