Nice view  at Federal Hill, would like to see it someday. The golden hours is the best time to take pictures, and the woman in the shot makes it more personable.

A view that includes an illuminated streetlamp under tree branches at Federal Hill in Baltimore,overlooking the Inner Harbor at Dusk. A lady is sitting at the edge of the hilltop on the grass overlooking the harbor during the twilight hour.
