Thanks Brian, my neighbor blows it up with a fan inside the bear like a hot air  balloon. It only takes a couple of minutes to inflate, he show me and it was cool, watching it come alive from a pile of nothing. He can pack it in a medium size box, uninflated. The bear is powered by an electric fan, built inside.

My neighbor has this huge float size Santa Teddy Bear on his property, people come from all over the city  to look at it.
