Thanks for the comment John.  I actually took 3 images for different stereo base combinations but when I was ready to select the L & R chips for processing, I noticed in one image the sun poked through the clouds in the distance creating a lighter background in the center.  I thought using that chip might cause problems with mismatch to the other chip so elected the two with more similar lighting.
