This was a close-up shot to try to capture the drops clinging to the needles (and the web). It was with the macro setting turned on. I noticed it was impossible to align the background (which I intentionally wanted out of focus). The auto-align tool in SPM aligned the background but was not even close on the object. I figure it is something to do with using the close-up macro setting and focusing on the foreground. Hand held shots on the close-up may have also contributed to the difficult alignment.
