I believe my parents told me when they were growing up, their parents used to make dandelion wine. That could be the medicinal wonders you're referring to. ;)

Very well Marshall. Pesticides are certainly one of the important factors of wiping the bees out.Nice meadow, by the way. I don't know why dandelions are considered bad and some neighbourhoods have strict laws about them (kill regardless of any other considerations with penalties imposed). It is a nice flower, and does medicinal wonders.I've got about the same concentration of them on my yard :-)Wojtek
