Thank you Dan,

Even though I adjusted the image in PS CS-2 to reduce the ghosting to where it looked like there was none on my monitor at home, I see (on my monitor at work) that something more needs to be done.  (My monitor at work is not calibrated)...  I've done this type of image many times before and whenever you have those ropes that tie the ship to the dock, you will enveriably have the ghosing caused by the contrasts of the light rope against the darker ship.  I will experiment next time with coloring the ropes darker (not just the highlight/shadow adjustment option in PS.  Maybe that will help.

The Brazilian Naval training ship was docked at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore for the weekend.  There were tours provided of the vessel and there were long lines the Saturday I was there.  The City tries to have about 22 different ships arrive a year for tourism and good will.  I believe there are roughly 9 more scheduled to arrive before the end of the season.
