Thanks Mainer,

The Parabolic dish here is one of two that you can talk into the center of and other people can hear and respond at the opposite end where the second dish is located maybe 50 or 60 feet away. The dishes are near the Rash Field area of Baltimore's Inner Harbor close to Federal Hill. I've posted a different picture a few months ago of the parabolic Dishes (both in the same shot) which is why I didn't explain it further with this one.

I've attached a little larger view of this image you've seen.
