Let me add my voice to the people who feel that Marshall will be missed. When I first joined this group less than a year ago it took me a while to develop a thick skin and realize that criticisms were meant to help and not offend. Marshall's willingness to share his knowledge (along with several others on this group) made a great difference in my pictures. I definitely felt like I had accomplished something the first time I posted a picture that Marshall praised without criticism.

Since I'm still learning and consider myself a rank amateur compared to many on this group, I usually confine my comments to praise for the pictures that really grab me, or questions about how something was done. There certainly was no intention to ignore Marshall's posts and great pictures.

Unfortunately It was "Aug 29, 2007" that our old active friend Marshall left our Anaglyphs group :-(

Before that day I talked him many times for convinceing him to remain but he didn't accepted my words :-(
in his private posts to me the Marshall claimed; "the Anaglyphs members do not like his critics or get offend from his constractive comments. they show their offence by not commenting on his pictures, maybe ignoring his posts or maybe do being neuter to his posts"!

 

I hope he accepts my request and join us again.
