Yep, I left a WV all along the top, just so I could emphasize the frame tilt. I felt it was justifiable as it is so hard to actually see. I thought it gave an extra "underwater" feel to the image that way.
 
Thanks for asking. Not to worry, I'm not touchy . . . critiques are always welcome by me, as they are the route to learning.
